| Montana State Fair celebrates their 75th anniversary this year opening Friday, July 28 with Rock-N-Ride, a long-standing tradition for the fair. This is no ordinary opening however -- management reported today that a Rockfest of FOUR ROCK BANDS will perform outdoor on the K-99 Stage anchored by the new pop alternative rock group PLAIN WHITE T's.

Montana State Fair officially opens at 5 pm July 28, and the bands begin at 8 p.m. on the Midway near the Mighty Thomas Carnival. The Rock-N-Ride program includes special discounts on gate admission combined with carnival wristbands. Fans can soak in unlimited carnival rides (new rides expected this year) and all four rock acts for as low as $15.
