Bill Ogg, CFE, General Manager
Responsible for overall management of Montana State Fair and Horse Racing, submitting reports to Cascade County Commissioners, and working directly for SMG Corporation. |

Stan Steen, CFE, Assistant General Manager
Responsible for booking top events/concerts and grounds acts, assisting general manager with management duties. |

John Scott, Operations Manager
Manages daily operations of facilities, including preparing grounds for State Fair functions, coordinating maintenance crew and change-out of formats between activities. |

Position Open, Controller
The chief financial officer of Montana ExpoPark, is responsible for budgeting, fiscal reporting, forecasting and overseeing accounting functions of the financial team: box office, accounts payable, receivables and payroll. |

Lori Cox, Marketing & Development
Researches, plans, implements and evaluates marketing strategy for Montana State Fair. Recruits supporting partners/businesses for events and activities. |

Amy Robbins, Event Coordinator
Manages event logistics such as grounds acts, PRCA Rodeo and local entertainment. |

Lois Thomas, Financial Manager
Manages finances for Montana State Fair. Responsible for box office, financial records, reports and all accounting. |

Karen Rossberg, Food & Beverage Manager
Coordinates food vendors for State Fair. Responsible for all State Fair concession sales during events and working with deliveries and food sales. |

Debby Wiggers , Box Office Manager
Debby is responsible for all box office management, event ticket sales and event receipts. She also handles payroll and accounts payable for Montana ExpoPark.

Responsible for all patron inquiries, horse racing coordination and demolition derby organization. |

Sue Lorang, Entry Office
Sue handles all entries for the State Fair from horticulture to photography to 4-H. She maintains a crew to record entries, keep track of premiums and assemble displays. |

Carmen Thorsen, Commercial Exhibits
Carmen recruits commercial exhibitors to the Montana State Fair. Beginning in winter, she is responsible for maintaining current clients and pursuing new vendors. |

Amber Laird, Marketing Assistant
Amber assists the marketing director with sponsorship functions, media placement, budgets and event coordination. |

Amelia Nardinger, PR Intern
Amelia is responsible for all media relations including press kits, press contacts, developing content on the website and local/regional relations. |
